  • A preparatory phase with the panel validates a common thread.
  • The moderator manages speaking time and the dynamics of exchanges.
  • 10 minutes are devoted to questions and answers with the audience.
  • The moderator concludes with an oral summary.
  • A drawing produced live throughout the debate.
