Conference: What trajectories for tomorrow’s agriculture?

To address this issue, we’ll start by taking stock of French agriculture’s energy consumption and its environmental impact, climate change and its impact on tomorrow’s agriculture. While the imperative of transforming the agricultural sector is increasingly well-documented, there is little consensus on how this transformation is to be achieved, in terms of the objectives to be achieved, the trajectory to be taken and the means to be deployed. Together, we will explore some of these possible futures, and discuss the societal choices they imply.
