Antoine Bourget

Antoine Bourget is a researcher in theoretical physics at CEA’s Institut de Physique Théorique in Saclay. Following studies at the Ecole Polytechnique and a thesis at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris, he has previously worked at Imperial College London and the University of Oviedo. His research interests include quantum field theory, string theory and interactions with mathematics, in particular algebraic geometry and group theory. He has published some forty research papers in these fields, and has presented his work at numerous international conferences. A keen popularizer, he also hosts the Scientia Egregia YouTube channel, which presents advanced physics and mathematics concepts to as wide an audience as possible.
