Christophe Barthélémy

Christophe Barthélémy’s career includes positions as Administrator of the City of Paris after graduating from ENA, as Legal Director and then General Secretary of EDF, and as a lawyer specializing in energy law. Since October 2022, he has been a Conseiller d’Etat in extraordinary service to exercise jurisdictional functions. He was editor-in-chief of the Revue juridique de l’entreprise publique. Christophe Barthélémy is the author of articles in legal journals and the press, mainly on energy issues. Over the past ten years, he has co-directed a Master 2 in energy law at Paris 1, then Lyon 3. He is co-leader of a seminar on energy company law at Sciences Po Paris, and now lectures in the Master 2 in energy law and economics at the Cnam.
