Daniel Bial

Daniel Bial is a doctoral student and lecturer in the Department of Social Communication at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. With degrees in political science, communications and sociology, he is particularly interested in the sociology of communication, epistemology and the sociology of public action. He has held numerous positions in communications, project management and strategic planning in the private and voluntary sectors, and within the United Nations system. He has also been involved in and coordinated several initiatives in the field of international cooperation, city diplomacy and renewable energies for decentralized local authorities in Africa.
