The services offered hereinafter the “Service” or “Services” on the www.timeworldevent.com website are developed by INNOVAXIOM, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with capital of €41,000, having its registered office at 97 boulevard Saint-Michel 75005 PARIS, registered with the R.C.S. of Paris under number 498 724 079 (hereinafter the “Company”). The “Company’s” services include : running idea generation seminars, market research, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, project management, designing and producing prototypes, setting up partnerships, creating websites, setting up and running social networks, the design of graphic identities and communication documents (institutional and promotional), press relations management, the supply of advertising space, the organization of events, the production of videos and photo reports, the sale of books and the provision of training courses. Use of the “Services” of the “Company” is subject to unconditional acceptance of all the conditions set out in this agreement, referred to as the “General Conditions of Use”. The use of certain services requires the acceptance of special conditions. Unless otherwise specified, these special conditions shall apply cumulatively with the General Conditions of Use. However, in the event of contradiction, the special conditions shall prevail. If the user uses a partner service in the course of using the “Service”, he/she must comply with the provisions of the latter’s general conditions of use, which alone will govern their relationship, to which the “Company” is not party.
The means used to access the Service – including their maintenance – are the sole responsibility of the user. The “Company” reserves the right to refuse access to the “Service” to any user who does not comply with these General Terms of Use and/or the legal provisions in force. The “Company” reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify without notice access to all or part of the “Service”, whenever maintenance or any other legitimate reason so requires, without such interruption giving rise to any right to compensation for the user.
“La Société” reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and mentions of the present General Conditions of Use at any time. The user is therefore advised to regularly consult the latest version of the General Conditions of Use available on the www.timeworldevent.com website.
The “Company” provides hypertext links to websites published and/or managed by third parties. In view of the fact that the “Company” has no control over these external resources, the user acknowledges that the “Company” may not be held liable for their content solely as a result of the provision of said links.
The information published on the www.timeworldevent.com website comes from sources deemed reliable. However, the “Company” cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this data. Furthermore, the information contained on the site is provided for information purposes only, and does not constitute advice or a recommendation of any kind whatsoever for which the “Company” may be held liable. Generally speaking, the user undertakes to comply with all regulations in force in France.
In view of the limits and current state of computer and telematic technology, the “Company” undertakes to maintain the “Service” on a best-efforts basis. The liability of the “Company” may only be sought within the limits of its own services, which are described in its service offer referred to above. Cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, or any other circumstances not attributable to the “Company”, release it from any obligation during the period of unavailability of the “Service”, without any compensation. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall refer solely to the version of the present General Terms and Conditions of Use in force on the day on which the said dispute arose. The user acknowledges the limits and constraints of the Internet and, in particular, recognizes the impossibility of fully guaranteeing the security of data exchanges. The “Company” may not be held liable for any prejudice arising from the transmission of any information, including that of the user’s login and/or password, via the “Service”.
The content of the “Company’s” website is the property of the “Company” and/or third parties contractually linked to the “Company”, who own the intellectual property rights relating to said content. It is therefore strictly forbidden to copy and/or download all or part of the “Site” without the authorization of the “Company”. These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the validity or application of the present contract, the parties have agreed to submit to conciliation, prior to any legal action, in order to reach an amicable agreement.
Failing amicable agreement, the competent courts are deemed to be those within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
