Samusocial International is a French association for international solidarity founded in 1988 by Dr. Emmanuelli, whose mission is to support the creation and development of aid systems for people in situations of social exclusion in the world’s major cities. Today, its network comprises 18 samusociaux and associated services, nine of which specialize in street children and young people. All Samusocial structures adhere to common principles, validated by a Charter and a Code of Professional Ethics, sharing an intervention method based on the principles of permanence, mobility, professionalism, multidisciplinarity and networking.
